How do I price a new construction project by the square foot?

I am having siding put on my house, should I paint the trim before or after?

I want to paint a 1978 and I don’t know how to prep.

Trying to decide what color to paint garage doors, trim, sides and back of house. Black roof. Brick front (tan/light brown?) and mid-way up on sides and back of house. Located in Colorado (Boulder/Denver area)

I have a round spot of water stain on my ceiling. I have primed the spot to cover it up before I paint the entire ceiling. Do I have to prime the entire ceiling or am I okay just priming the one spot?

I’ve read lots of the Q&A but would like clarity on the use of a primer after stripping, and before using a gel stain. It seems it isn’t “necessary” but will it give a better result? ie. perhaps the gel stain will go on more consistently or stick better?…or cover

Hi, I bought paint called double cream but it is to light. How can I darken cream paint ever so slightly, I would like to darken it a little bit. Could you please advise me what to do, is there anything I can do to darken it?
