Exterior Paint on Interior Ceiling!

We had some water stains in one corner of white flat paint ceiling and my son used exterior semi-gloss enamel to paint over just that corner! Now what do I do? Can I repaint with ceiling flat and will it cover and give a uniform finish to match the rest

Almost-black Paint

I painted one wall of my kitchen with an almost-black flat paint. Rollers didn’t leave any marks, etc, but when I passed lightly my clean hand over the well-dried paint my fingers left light marks. I made it worse when I tried to slightly clean it with a soft cloth.

What do I use to paint over varnish that is on drywall?

Drywall was painted and then varnish was used over paint to protect wall from water splashes… Worked well, but now I want to paint the wall another color. What can I use as new water based paint rubs off.

I prepped the oak doors by sanding with orbital sander and primed with latex. The laminate is now bubbling. I will have to try and sand down and wood fill? Any other suggestions?

I have papered with lining paper, then applied emulsion, but brown stains are showing through the emulsion. Can I use stain block on walls that have been papered with lining paper?
