I don't remember any clear finish "concrete floor paints or materials" …the best concrete finish would have been a Concrete Floor Stain … which comes in many colors and actually stains the concrete (only applicable to newly poured floors) however many Epoxy Floor Paints will work, BUT you need to check to see if they will withstand heat and pressure generated from vehicle tire contact… try checking with a local reputable Paint Store in your area… Good Luck!
Rustoleum makes a clear floor epoxy and so do other manufactures. Check with your local paint store for availability. You could apply 1 coat and while wet spread the flakes, let dry then apply another "seal" coat to lock in the flakes.
