We have a wood wall that we would like to paint but don’t know if there is a better way to go about it other than sanding the entire wall and its molding first. Is there a product out there that will take to glossy finish off?

Floor is in old warehouse, approx. 400 sq feet. The floor is made of sections of heavy steel. It is an ugly yellow right now. What kind of paint will adhere to the metal? How much paint to cover it? Thanks

My exterior doors and windows have broken down. They are weathered, turning grey with black marks. The colour of the previous stain is light oak. I have tried to put light oak over the top but the stains and grey areas still show through.
