Yes… just check for “shiny” spots and cover to suit if necessary… but more importantly… use HIGH QUALITY Paint!
Yes, but it will take 2 coats (most likely). The first coat, if rolled on, will slide around a bit and because of this can’t be applied very thick. Make sure to allow the first coat to dry really well or it could peel up while rolling the second coat.
