You will need to wipe the deck down with acetone. This will reopen the wood pores and allow some penetration. If this isn’t possible, lightly sand the wood then apply your deck stain. Another option is to use a pressure washer and either a mild soap or wood deck stain stripper to remove the oil before applying the correct stain.
