NO… you cannot… buy the paint you want at the store…
There is no additive to change a paints sheen, more or less sheen. You would need the same color but with more sheen to mix it into the flat. Mr. Dave is correct, better to buy the correct sheen. You can use your flat as a first coat then top coat with eggshell.
