Touch them up using some of the original paint…
To repair areas where paint has peeled off at edges of doors and arches, you will need to follow these steps:
1. **Prepare the Surface**: Scrape off any loose paint using a putty knife or scraper. Sand the area to create a smooth surface for the new paint to adhere to.
2. **Prime the Surface**: Apply a coat of primer to the bare patches to ensure proper adhesion of the new paint. Allow the primer to dry completely according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. **Choose the Right Paint**: Use the same type and color of paint that was originally used on your walls. This will help maintain consistency in the overall appearance of your interior.
4. **Apply the Paint**: Using a brush or roller, carefully apply the paint to the primed areas. Feather the edges to blend the new paint with the existing paint on the walls.
5. **Allow to Dry and Cure**: Follow the recommended drying and curing times for the paint you have used. This will ensure that the new paint bonds properly and does not peel off again.
