Not overly harmful, could be a bit smelly for a while as it has VOC’s. If you notice any headaches or health issues ventilating the area well by opening windows and doors, using fans to increase air circulation, and applying activated carbon air purifiers can help reduce the concentration of VOCs in the air.
Actually this is a very good sealant, overkill for most interior uses, but shouldn’t cause any problems.
