  1. Spackle it… then spot it in again with the primer… always use a Pigmented Shellac Sealer Primer for baths… no need to wait more than 1 hr before top coating with a semi gloss paint…

  2. To fix the crack in the primer on your bathroom ceiling, you will need to follow these steps:

    1. **Sand the Area**: Use fine-grit sandpaper to gently sand the cracked spot and the surrounding area to create a smooth surface for reapplication.

    2. **Clean the Surface**: Wipe down the sanded area with a damp cloth to remove any dust and debris from sanding. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before proceeding.

    3. **Apply Primer**: Apply a small amount of primer directly to the cracked area using a brush or roller. Feather the edges of the primer to blend it into the surrounding area. Allow the primer to dry completely before moving on to the next step.

    4. **Reapply the Primer**: Optional, can help to blend everything together so nothing shows through the final finish coat of paint. Apply a full coat of primer to the entire ceiling, making sure to cover the previously primed area as well.

    5. **Inspect and Touch-Up**: Once the second coat of primer has dried, inspect the area to ensure the crack has been properly filled and blended in with the rest of the ceiling. If necessary, apply a touch-up coat of primer to achieve a seamless finish.

    6. **Painting**: After the primer has dried completely and the crack is no longer visible, you can proceed with painting the ceiling with your desired paint color. Make sure to follow the same techniques used for priming to ensure a uniform finish.
