Faux Painted Brick Fireplace

share

Crowder Painting took a typical red brick fireplace and changed its color with paints and glazes, keeping the “brick” look.  Painting a brick fireplace is a multi-step process that is capable of transforming any color brick into a new look.

  • Prime with a base color that will also be the grout color.
  • Apply different glazes using a small roller and sea sponges to add color and texture.
  • Seal the new brick with a clear acrylic sealer for lasting beauty.

Take a look at the before and after photo’s plus the close-up for a better idea of what we can do with brick.
