For starters; clean and prime with a good acrylic primer, Stix or Gripper are good to use. Any high quality exterior acrylic paint will work. Personally, I like Sherwin Williams Duration with a satin sheen.
Spraying will work great but will be a bit of a pain. Be careful of the roof and other areas. Masking and shielding will be needed. Brush and roll will also work but will have their own drawbacks. Use the method that you are most comfortable with.
