Can I use craft acrylic paint over kilz oil base primer?

I am painting a wood toy box. Just finished the 2nd coat of Kilz. Can I paint using acrylic craft paints then a coat of clear coat to seal it?

I have been trying to clear coat cabinet doors that I built. Every once in awhile I keep sanding through the stain. This has set me back for weeks. How do I prevent this problem?

With all the new products out there, it is hard to find a finish that is best for new wood windows. The windows are nice, fiberglass outside and clear pine inside. What should I use to stain and seal the windows interior? Taking into account window condensation and UV protection.

Can you sand dark woodwork to restain it lighter?
