If in sound condition you would be able to coat the door with an exterior grade primer and finish. Check with you local paint dealer for the products.
As for the deck, I will strongly urge you to ask your local paint dealer for their experience in your climate. Here in south Alabama I know what I would recommend, but you would be wise to check locally.
Also you would have to grind your deck before painting.
It has to be gel coat paint. You can get it shipped to you from North Carolina or New Jersey.
