I have a white ranch home in the country with vinal siding, black roof. Currently have red shutters. Want a change and don’t want black. Any ideas?

Is it possible to use elastomeric paint to paint interior walls? I have a lot of spider web like shrinkage cracks on the render so thought this type of paint might help. Any draw backs?
