We recently had our bathroom painted and now whenever someone showers, the steam causes pink streaks to run down the walls. Is this mold? If it drys it becomes sticky. I use a dry Swiffer on the ceiling and walls when I get out, but it won’t stop. Can you

I washed, and used a tinted primer on the bedroom walls. Primer went on fine. On the two outer walls, it looks patchy and looks like small round spots (like nail head size) that the paint don’t seem to stick to. What do I do to correct this?
