Peeling paint on new drywall?
I’m building a new house and painted the new drywall; primed first, used a latex paint. The next day the paint was streaked and peeling like strips of rubber. What in the world caused this???

Home is a brown/red/beige brick mixture and currently white door, garage door and window trim. We’re debating black for all to add elegance…thoughts?
