Our ceiling seams in a bonus room have bubbled out after being fixed five times thus far in two years (new construction). The builder is at a loss as to the cause. What is going on?

I want to repaint my front door black. Should it be high gloss or semi gloss. Also, there are so many blacks available what is a designers choice. My brick is light neutral reclaimed brick.

Recently redid the walls and painted the drywall popped nails that had to be repaired. Now there are primer spots where the drywall was repaired. Is it okay to just repaint in the same color, or do I need to completely prime again?

We hung new drywall and painted a satin paint on the walls. It left shiny spots, what should I do?

My question is, I was using a semi-gloss enamel paint and ran out. Could I use another paint that is the same color but is not the enamel it is still semi-gloss to finish the job?
