Yes and no. Generally, exterior paint in fine to use inside but it is softer and more flexible so scrubbing/washing could be a problem. Exterior paints have a stronger smell so this could also be a problem. Have you noticed the smell bothering you?
I think it is better to use exterior paint outside but overall this shouldn't cause any major issues.
