I think the answer to your question lies in what your home decor consists of. If there is at least a moderate amount of wood-grain furniture, the doors would probably look best stained. If your furniture tastes run more towards painted, composite or plastics, then the doors would most likely look best if they were painted to match the trim.
Your choice of painting the walls with white trim is great, because white always looks royal and gives a rich look. I feel that the interior doors should be stained, painting them white makes everything look the same. The interior doors should be stained to enhance the white color of the trim and tan of the wall.
