I see several types of ‘chemical gloves’. Which protects best with TSP? Latex rubber or neoprene or nitrile or PVC/vinyl?

I am painting my walls with Sherwin Williams Oil Based Interior/Exterior Enamel. How should I wait between coats?

Paint is cracking on textured drywall ceiling after first painting. Textured ceiling is 20 years old and has never been painted. 3 days After applying ceiling paint it is cracking all over and the paint is pulling away from the stucco surface. Looks like mud cracks.

I am able to peel the layers in sheets from the walls of recently repaired and primed plaster walls. Assuming that it was done right- as the person works with lath and plaster all the time. How do I repair and repaint? Should I keep peeling or stop and sand
