We currently have a room with walls that are basically dry walled and painted with latex interior wall paint. We want to make this entire room a medical device, class 100,000 clean room. Can epoxy interior wall paint be used in order to provide the hard, chip free wall surface

I have two adjoining walls that I want to paint two different colors but the wall color folds over onto the ceiling. How do I paint the corners on the ceiling when two colors are involved. See picture fie attached.
