The paint I had in our house thickened over the winter and I want to know if there is a product that can un-thicken it?

I would like to just paint my sink counter top. Yet I’m not sure if it is possible 1.Is this possible? 2. What to use?

I have really dirty walls, must I buy primer paint or can I just paint the walls with paint two or three times?
