I have a house that is 3 years old, and the builder has all rounded corners everywhere, which makes it difficult to stop and start different rooms in the house……..what is the best way to paint with a rounded wall????

The interior of the house was painted with Kwal paint. Within a day or so pin holes started to show all throughout the walls. The painter threw on orange peal texture once more and painted the walls again, the pin holes are back. What could the problem be?
