PEELING NEWLY PAINTED WALL

PAINTED A SOFFIT IN KITCHEN AND IT BUBBLED AND PEELING ONLY OVER THE NEWLY PATCHED AREA. I USED A PAINT WITH PRIMER IN IT. I SUPPOSE I NEED TO SCRAPE OFF THE PAINT AND USE A PRIMER. BUT HOW DO I BLEND IT IN SO YOU DON’T SEE EDGES?
