Replace gutters or paint house first?

I am having the exterior of my home painted. I am also replacing all gutters and downspouts. What should be done first – replace gutters or paint house?

Ideally the old gutters should be removed so the fascia boards can be fully painted. This is especially true if your new gutters and downspouts are going to be factory finished, prefinished gutters.

So the answer is both. Contact your painter and gutter installer and see if this can be better coordinated.
