Spot prime the spots then touch them up with the original paint. If the spots are small use a spray can of primer like Zinnser Cover Stain or BIN. For the touching up use a small mini roller, touch up kits are available that will work well.

Touching up should work but it depends on the color and quality of paint originally used.
