I think leaving it white would be fine since the walls will be lime. If you painted it lime also, it might be too much of one color. You could trim the bathroom in white to match the ceiling.
I suggest the bathroom to be ceiling to be painted white. The bathroom is small. If you paint the ceiling also with lime green, it will look more small & dark. If the ceiling is painted white & all other sides with lime green, it will look more spacious & bright. Also the floor color is also important.
