Painting a Bedroom

share

We live near a lake and are painting one of the bedrooms and the paint and primer won’t dry. It is January and it was necessary to do it now. The windows are wet and there are spots on the ceiling of the outside wall that are darker because the paint isn’t drying. I have a fan going , a dehumidifier and a small heater running. How long is this going to take to dry? I’m doing a Venetian plaster effect and its taking so long for the primer to dry. Yuk

  1. Don't know how long it will take to dry but you need to set a fan in a window to suck out the humid air and bring in warm and hopefully less humid air from inside the house. Keep the room fan, heater and dehumidifier going. Just increase ventilation.
