I’ve seen similiar questions but not this one: My Glade Plugin (the last I’ll ever buy) dripped onto a particle board bathroom counter, eating the paint. I sanded, primed and repainted. But the stains bubbled up again. I sanded again, all the way to the particle board, and I see
