Our house is a cottage style built in 1927. It has a green roof with ugly dark green shutters and doors. I am wondering what colors to use to repaint them? The siding is beige which I also plan on changing so would also like some suggestions for the siding

I have removed wallpaper that I hung over 15 years ago. There are some spots where the primer (Zinsser Shieldz universal wallcovering primer) has blistered and pealed off during removal. My question is: What is the best method to seal these spots to ensure peeling doesn’t continue after I paint?
