
Are there weather limits in using elastomeric paint?
I live in the SW where elastomeric paints over stucco are common. My brother in Florida was told that elastomeric paint does not do well in that heat. Are there limitations on elastomeric usage?

My strata building was painted about 14 yrs. ago with elastomeric over stucco. It has stood up well, still in excellent shape but we want to freshen it up. We have been advised to use a top coat of acrylic latex. Is this good advice?
